Return Policy

At Jerome Brand, we want you to be happy with your purchase and become a lifelong customer. We work fast and hard to produce and ship your orders. We strive to be eco-friendly as well and do not over produce inventory to ship from warehouse to warehouse. 

Returns for items with defects

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "final sale"
  • Gift cards

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via our chat with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We offer refund to original payment method or store credit. 

Exchanges

We will work hard to replace your item with a different size as fast as possible (if the requested size is available). 

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
